I'm pregnant, but I have combination acne prone skin. I'm also in my thirties, so I'd like to keep moisturizing. In the past I've had good experiences with products containing vitamin A, which my doctor has told me to avoid during pregnancy. To be honest, I've been using nothing since that conversation and I can see the difference in my skin. I ordered a product called "Beaute De Maman" because it's designed for pregnant women, but I'm wondering if anyone else has recommendations. I haven't tried it since I'm waiting for it to arrive, so I can't comment on it's effectiveness.

Would you be willing to try a carrier oil, like argan oil? It's all natural, moisturizing, and I found it to be very helpful in clearing up my adult acne back in my 20s. (Original review here: http://www.essentialdayspa.com/forum/viewthread.php?tid=29936)

While I don't have any experience with it and pregnancy (and everyone's skin is different!), it is what my friend used throughout her pregnancy and she requested a second bottle as a gift even now that baby has arrived.

Edited to add: You can find more opinions (including raves) about various facial oils if you scroll down just a bit: http://www.essentialdayspa.com/forum/viewthread.php?tid=33063 I agree with the folks that purchasing from a wholesaler or DIY place is better (and so much less expensive!) than a name brand oil.
