Week one of the plan  sore, peeling skin but not too bad YET!! I am a bit red in places and I seem to have broken out in pimples  My skin looks worse than it ever has and the wrinkles around my eyes are a lot more noticeable but I believe it will get better. Will it get a lot worse first?
Now the big question is, my husband has booked for us to go away on holiday on the 21st January, by that time I will have been on the plan for almost 6 weeks, should I stop the plan all together and only use moisturiser and a SPF50? or do I carry on with the plan and leave the retin A? |
