A shower is not a shower without a Salux. This is the marketing of Salux cloth. Salux cloth has rave reviews saying how wonderful the product is and how it lasts like 6 months. And how it can reach hard to reach places such as the back.
Salux cloth regular vs super hard, Which is better?
Regular is made up of 40% Nylon 60% Polyester
Super Hard is made up of 13% Nylon and 83% Polyester |

Never used the Salux but I do use the SpaCloth Deluxe on my body every time I shower and love it. I couldn't tell you when I bought it but it is way more than 6 months ago. I would not be surprised if it's been over 3 years and it is only now that it is finally falling apart (tearing) and due for replacement.
I had to chuckle at the Salux claim that it makes cleaning the back easier. That has never been a problem to me even with a regular ol' washcloth. You see, when I was about knee-high (as soon as I was able to wash myself) my mom taught me to hold a washcloth on one end, toss it over my back and grab its diagonally opposite end from under with the other hand so that it was going across my back and then I would scrub my back that way. Next I would reverse the hand positions so I could be sure I covered all bases. Easy does it! This works with anything long enough for you to reach with both hands that way, even a loofah. So Salux doesn't have anything over other methods in that sense...unless flexibility is an issue and its size is what they are referring to. SpaCloth Deluxe about a foot square so you would have about a 16 inch diagonal length
W/r/t the Salux cloth, I tend to choose the gentler method than the rough one in skincare, so if it were up to me, I'd go for the softer Salux and then you can always increase the pressure with which you use it if you find it not firm enough (which I doubt you will considering cotton washcloths which may be what you were using before are uber soft).
BTW, I don't use SpaCloth on my face coz I deem it too rough. I instead use regular white facecloths or even the ones you would normally buy to wash a newborn baby.  |

I have one Salux cloth that I had purchased from an Asian market. I also have a BodyLogics one that I purchased from Zellers (when they were here in Canada).
Both work well. I believe I have the original Salux; not the super hard. |

Love my salux cloth. I have regular. It's been used for a few years and still going strong. THese cloths are long - that's what makes it easy for even a 'novice' to get their back with it! Nonie - it figures you'd be a pro. Xo
I bought them for all my friends from the salux website. I've heard that is the best way to get the 'real thing'. Some people on Amazon were complaining that what they got on Amazon was not. They make great gifts in a spa basket. |

I have not seen anything advertised as a microdermadrasion washcloth. Where did you see this?
You can buy Salux online from the site or check out an Asian market/store. Very reasonable cost and last forever. |

If you are asking me, I don't know. I have never used Salux and don't plan to, so I cannot make a comparison. I have only used SpaCloth (and only on my body, not face) and would not swap it for anything else. |

The Salux cloth has been around longer. I don't understand though, the Salux is patented, and so is the spacloth. Can they really be that different that they require individual patents. I'd really like to know what the patents are.
The spacloth is 50% cotton and 50% nylon. Salux regular is 60% nylon 40% polyester. I would like to know what kind of cotton because I read the normal cotton is bad for skin, egyptian cotton is better. |

I don't know for sure but I think that's what makes it create a nice rich lather so well and why I have not looked for anything else since finding it. I find the oodles of lather it gives make it less rough than a loofah would be, since the cloth feels plump like a sponge while still maintaining the texture for gentle exfoliation on the skin, making shower time feel like a treat worthy of being called "Deluxe". I actually like that it is thick as I hate to keep rinsing a wash cloth to lather it up to wash another part of my body. Newsflash: the idea of using a cloth say to scrub one armpit and then the same section to scrub the other grosses me out. I must use a different section for every different part of my body till all have been used then I rinse and re-lather to continue the process. With this thick cloth, I can use one side for one area of my body and turn it over to use the other side on another area before rinsing it off to lather it up for another part. I could not do this with a thin cloth.
To me the SpaCloth gives you a nice balance of roughness to exfoliate and softness to pamper and the thick lather makes shower time feel like a soak in a bubble bath, which for me is heaven as I don't like baths. I used to only sit in a bubble bath after taking a shower because the idea of sitting in stagnant water with dirt floating off my body made me want to retch. Plus I don't like perfumed stuff getting into certain areas of my body so boo to baths! I made an exception during my honeymoon (and used unscented baby bath), but otherwise, nah I pass on baths 100%. Give me a shower with SpaCloth any time. |

| My salux came, i only used regular one so far but it is miles better than spacloth deluxe. spacloth looks better but on skin contact the salux wins and u can do hand-to-hand scrubbing, whereas in spacloth deluxe u cant. The only thing spacloth deluxe has going for it is that it has a peg where u can hook it up to dry. |

| I endorse the Salux cloth. I've had mine for probably 2 or 3 years and it's going strong. I encourage anyone who is considering getting one to get it from the Salux website (NOT AMAZON). There are many reports that some Amazon vendors are selling fakes. There is a person at Salux (Joie is her name) and she is very helpful. I bought a dozen cloths and put together spa baskets for my friends at Christmas a few years ago. I love the exfoliating feel of the cloth. |
