I haven't used my Clarsonic Pro in quite some time. I charged it overnight but it wouldn't turn on. The lights on the back blink and it beeps twice. I thought I hadn't charged it enough. I've charged it for three days now. Today all four lights were solid. I tried to turn it on but it beeped twice and wouldn't turn on. I've emailed Clarisonic and waiting to hear back from them. Has anyone experienced this before? |

I wonder if this is the issue:

my clarisonic has been off the charger for an extended period of time and now it wont charge the lights wont come on either any ideas
Clarisonic answers: Not charging your unit for more than 1 month can make the battery lose its ability to charge. Try plugging the cord into a different outlet over night. It can take up to 5 hours for the handle to start flashing again. Call customer service if you have additional concerns. Thanks!

There was also another question on the same link about what to do when the unit no longer charges. Do you know if you are still within the warranty period? Hopefully they will get back to you quickly, Yen. |

Unfortunately, it's passed my warranty period. I do hope they'd get back to me soon.
Thanks for link Havana8. |
