Hello all, I am new here seeking advice please. I am 52 year old male who could use some type of help to help my face skin look healthy and younger, I have done a lot of research on the net for this and have adjusted my diet which made it better but not enough and seems the OTC products which have the best reviews are very expensive and I don't have a lot of spare money to afford them.

Is there a low cost solution or help for my problem please?

There's a lot that can be done for little to no cost. I would start by jumping in and searching for topics on proven topical antioxidants and actives such as retin A, vitamin C, niacinamide etc as well as possibly copper peptides and growth factors etc. It goes without saying that sunscreen is always a must. There are also home skin care devices such as the Tria, ReAura, LightStim (LED), Merbe, microcurrent and many others that may be worth consideration as well as facial exercises and/or facial massage.

If you are thinking of making your own skin care products, there are many shared members recipes on the DIY forum (i.e Vitamin C Serum) that may assist with that.

Another option may be to consider visiting an aesthetician or dermatologist to get a skin evaluation and some personalized recommendations as a starting point until you can narrow things down.

I'm sure others might have more suggestions. Good luck and happy reading! Smile

If you don't want to go the DIY route, Amazon & EBAY have some great vitamin C serums, Retinol & Copper Peptides at reasonable prices - $12-$20 each. Oils go along way to making your skin look healthy and moisturized and don't have parabens etc. that are often in the regular moisturizers - and are much cheaper.

There's such great info at EDS - you'll learn a ton.

A reasonably priced C serum product might be a good start - use every morning.
