Wanted to share: while I was looking on Youtube for ab exercises, I came across Cassey Ho of Blogilates. I've been doing some of her ab routines and they rock! I've already seen good results after only a couple of weeks. She teaches Pilates in California, I think, but all the videos are free and they are complete routines, not sample exercises. I believe she has one video on Amazon.
There are a ton of videos - routines for every section of the body and every fitness level. She's goofy and silly but I find her to be inspiring and a lot of fun! Well, as much fun as you can have when you're sweating and grunting...
