I've been using Vichy Capital Dry Touch Emulsion SPF 50 and like it quite a bit, but I can't find anything about it containing meroxyl and it's ppd rating.
So can you guys recommend me some sunscreens that won't make my face shiny? I'm a guy so I don't use powders, etc. to matte out sunscreen.
So far I've looked at anthelios xl and bioderma photoderm but I'm not sure how these are in terms of shininess.

I suggest just trying those 2 sunscreens. No one can tell you if it will make your skin too shiny. Just like people asking if a sunscreen will make their skin too white. YOU have to find this out on YOUR skin.

Look at the sunscreen reviews for those at makeupalley.com

Sort the reviews by most helpful, usually someone mentions the ppd sooner or later for euro sunscreens like those. (People who buy them tend to be concerned about uva/ppd)
Also it will mention in the reviews how shiny or matte they are, etc etc

Vichy has mexoryl xl.

Also, here's a list of sunscreens/ppd ratings/active ingredients-

and this info is excellent below-

Loreal Perfect UV (available in 3 shades) contains both mexoryl sx and xl. It's sold in Thailand and is pretty cheap. I don't think you can get find a sunscreen with those 2 ingredients for less than you can get these for. Not sure about how matte it is though.
