Liposomal Vitamin C is the BEST thing I have ever taken for fatigue. (and I was on hydrocortisone for 4 yrs for severe adrenal fatigue)
I was taking 2-3 gms/day but when I doubled it the result was near immediate & has continued.
I am thinking about going to 10gms/day.
I do think adequate Magnesium is also key but I never felt a boost with it as I have Lipo C. |
