So phytoceramides are supposed to be incredible. I've heard antidotal reviews from many many people over 95% of users say it takes close to 10 years off looks? Can this be possible. It's supposed to be a godsend pill. By replacing the ceramide lipids in skin it helps hold the skin together better thus causing a whole plethora of skin benefits. Has anyone tried them? Also they come in 3 forms, derived from wheat, rice, or sweet potatoes. I'm using one from sweet potatoes. Thanks |

What kind of results have you had? I've been taking Life Extension lipowheat phytoceramides for six or seven months now. I see some improvement, especially with fine lines around the mouth and my skin everywhere seems to need less moisturizer. Just heading into menopause, so I think I'll keep taking them as hormone changes can wreak havoc with skin's moisture. |
