Hi guys! Has anyone tried this eye cream? I would really like to know if it is effective on dark circles. I'm trying to find a cheaper alternative to the PTR Power K cream as I just can't bring myself to fork out £52 for it 
If this one does work, then it's a steal at £19... Then again.. it does say that for maximum results you should apply over the Muti-Task Oil, which is another £19.  
Should I just bite the bullet and get the PTR??  |

| You might want to try teamine. It runs about $48 in the U.S. and is supposed to be more effective.... |
