Hi, Tasha,
There are facial exercises and microcurrent.
These have worked for me. Either one will work. Both are even better.

Neither of those but I have used the Nuface.
I am 56 and the Nuface would have been great for my thirties and forties but now I use the Pico Toner.
If you are interested in the temporal area, why not try Tom Haggerty's scalp exercise. After I mastered it, I wore a racing bathing cap for resistance. Tom's exercise is free and I think it's hairlossreversible.com but not sure.
This exercise lifts the brow and the whole face.

Thanks. I am 29 years old and have heard nothing but great reviews on the pico toner device but its very expensive. I've read that pico toner is somewhat cheaper around Christmas time. I have tried the Tom scalp exersise and did not see dramatic results. Maybe I was not doing it corrently, but I am willing to try a microcurrent device instead. I did read ss facemaster reviews on having a dramatic change on eyebrows and mouth area as well as EGG microcurrent. |

Thanks Theresa. I've already tried Eva Fraser and most of the free facial exercise and did not see much results. I had more results when using a cold spoon and gliding it across my face (cupping) 4x a week. I actually saw some what of a lift. I just keep reading about the *rave* of microcurrent devices lifting the face and curious to see if it can work for me. |

Hi Tasha
Okay how long did you give them a go for? With facial exercises, sometime they take time to deliver results because you are learning them and to use the muscles etc. Cool that you found a cold spoon to work well – maybe you should keep doing that (although I thought cupping was using suction not just a cold spoon?). Microcurrent devices are quite costly but if you want to go that route maybe you should pick the PICO as everyone was singing the praises of that one big time and it can be done on both body and face?

I believe I did the facial exercises at least 3 months and saw before and after photos and did not see much of a difference. I'm sorry when I meant by using the cold spoon method, its similar to the Gua Sha therapy. I would put the spoon in the freezer for a few minutes, take it out and do the glide/hold 5 seconds on different parts of my face.
I am highly interested in pico toner but its very costly. I've read some great reviews on SS facemaster and EGG Microcurrent+ Toning System. Have you tried any of them? Do you know which device focus more on lifting the eyebrows and area around the mouth (jowls)? |

Oh – well 3 months isn’t a very long period, and most programs suggest at least 6 months so maybe you cut it short too soon?
Oh Gua Sha I know, that makes more sense. Its not at all similar to cupping which is why I was confused.
I used the tua viso once but didn’t like it very much. It was complicated to place the positions etc and I didn’t like the feeling either plus my skin did crinkle when using it so it was a bit scary for me. I have used facial exercises (but a combo over the last 10 years).

Hi, Tasha,
At your age, I wouldn't bother with the Pico.
Theresa mentioned that 3 months isn't that long for facial exercise results and while most of us see results in that time, often our problem area takes more time to remedy. It was that way for me.
You are still so young. Are your eyebrows starting to sag or are they just not what you feel is ideal? |

Thanks. My eyebrows are not what I want them to be. They do not "sag" but I would prefer my eyebrows were higher. It awakes my face and eyes with a little lift. |
