Is it ok to do daily exfoliation's when you have rosacea skin? |

I don't think any skin type should be exfoliated daily. That's just my opinion. I think daily exfoliation does more harm than good. Especially if you have rosacea, I'd limit exfoliation to twice a week, if that. Everyone is different! |

And especially micro-dermabrasion, that is the hardest on rosacea skin! |

Yes, as long as you can handle gentle exfoliation. In case you are not sure whether you can handle it, better not to risk further irritation. Gentle cleansing with a soap and cleanser is all you need to do to care for your skin. |
