I think I have seen a post about layering treatment from multiple gadgets, but can't find it any more.

I have a galvanic (Hitachi Hada CriE), a Red LED (Baby Quasar), a Red/amber/green LED (Talika light Duo), a microcurrent facial massager (Refa Carat), a ultrasonic/ionic machine (some japanese brand), a nano facial steamer (Panasonic). And Planning on getting the Nuface trinity mini and/of tripollar Stop.

Can someone recommend the best way to layer treatments without over-doing anything but still maintain a nice schedule get a good result?

I am pretty sure I am not the only one with drawers full of gadgets. Need your input!

Thanks, Hittin40. This is what I saw before! Thanks so much for retrieving that. But I am wondering if there would be any guideline on the sequence of device usage. E.g. Galvanic then RED LED then micro current. Wondering if doing one thing first would enhance the effectiveness of the other.

You're welcome. I would say galvanic first, then the lights, but that is just my personal opinion.

I have the same question. I have a Fyola/Merbe/Sqoom M1 and a Baby Quasar MD Plus. Also have a YaMan Platinum White Sonic (8 MHz ultra sonic, Ion cleansing and thermal treatment) that I use for the eye area. I just started using these devices a couple of months ago and see a huge improvement. Use them everyday with two days a week off for the BQ.

Want to get a Pico Toner (or another microcurrent device if any of you can suggest a good one for lifting neck and jowls). Also interested in the new Derminator.

No idea how to work all these in and if dermarolling is a good idea or if the other devices are sufficient to improve product penetration and stimulate collagen.

If anyone can advise which devices to use and the order, it would be greatly appreciated!

I was browsing through my inbox and found a reply from PQ - my senior moment. Here it is:

Hi Winnie,

You can use the galvanic on the same day as the LED, I would use the galvanic first and then the LED.

If you buy a microcurrent and a RF machine, you can use them in any sequence and they will work together well.

I tend to do:

Microcurrent
STOP
LED

Best wishes

Philip
