Well. Soon enough I will be beginning a facial exercise program. The reason is I have gaunt upper cheeks.
I am a twenty-three year old male.
I always read about facial exercise and that many don't quite point out what it did for them.
Some will say jowls, while others will say it helped "turkey neck". Or, sometimes you'll even hear that they can help with hooded eyelids...
That's great to hear by the way if they are indeed working for you.
But what I see very seldom mentioned are nasolabial folds, which are obviously related to cheek volume. For example, if one had very full, youthful upper cheeks, then nasolabial folds DO still exist obviously, however they are not very deep due to the fact the fullness in the cheeks allows for support of the fatty tissue directly underneath it, and without those full cheeks/support, that fat would sag into the nasolabial fold, making it deeper.......
My point is most I read, I never hear of facial exercise programs mention much in the way of UPPER cheeks and nasolabial fold reduction.... OR I will hear of somebody say (my cheeks are fuller), but for some reason they will not mention a lessening in the nasolabial fold.......
OR I will read that somebody built up their upper cheeks, but their nasolabial fold worsened.... That does not seem to make much sense....
Can somebody please explain to me if you have experienced this first hand, what facial exercise did SPECIFICALLY in terms of your UPPER cheeks and nasolabial folds (whether one became better while the other worsened, vice versa, OR if both improved at the same time) |
