Though a little pricy, I would highly recommend Shu Uemura or Bobby Brown. If you have dry skin, go with Shu Uemura because they have a variety of cleasing oils to choose from depending on your skin type. But, if you have either combination or oily skin, I would definitely recommend Bobby Brown. It works well and helps to get rid of white/black heads on your nose, too.

I mix my own.

I buy emulsifier from Garden of Wisdom.

http://www.gardenofwisdom.com/emulsifier.html

You can use any oil(s).
90% oil and 5 - 10% emulisifer

Tatcha's One Step Camellia Cleansing Oil is pretty good--it easily removes makeup without any irritation.
