Please Please help me and answer this question once and for all.

i heard so many different answers and none of them were from doctors.
can you please tell me (only if you really know) what should i apply First....... TNS essential serum or Tretinoin Gel????

i use a 0.5 tretinoin gel and i want to know what goes on first....the tns or the retin-a gel??

THANK YOU GUYS Smile

Most Dr's recommend that tretinoin be applied directly to clean, dry skin. These may help:

http://www.drbaileyskincare.com/blog/use-retin-a-tretinoin-for-acne-anti-aging-skin-care/

http://www.skinacea.com/retinoids/use-retinoids-right-part-one.html#.VKGEbvAAIA

The only time you want to put a product under tretinoin is if you want to "buffer" it. Buffering makes it less strong and less likely to cause a skin reaction.

Maybe use the TNS in the morning and the tretinoin at night? Or alternate nights? Every other night use of tretinoin is still effective.

You may also want to look at realself.com or post there. Sometimes you can get a direct answer from a Dr. They have some posts about Retin a/tretinoin use there, like this one:

hey shastagirl...Thank you Smile
i actually posted the same question on that site today! Smile

i thought that it might need to be the first this that is applied and then the TNS.
i just wondered if the TNS would still be effective.

i guess there is no reson why iit wont be (esp since its a tretinoin GEL so its ever lighter than a cream and it sinks in faster).

well....i think i will call skinmedica and ask them Smile

Thank you for your time Smile
