I don't want any scars b/c these are on my face. So I am willing to do this gradually even if it takes time.

I would even be ok with just lightening them if not removed entirely.

Seborrhoeic keratoses is very common harmless skin lessons that will appear at adult age. It is having more names, it was appear on both covered and uncovered part of your body, it can removed very easily. The methods through which you can remove it by below methods:-
Cryotherapy for thinner lesions
Curettage & cautery

I use TCA spot treatment with no scaring.

I take a q-tip and take most of the cotton off the end and soak it in the TCA. If the keratosis is large, I will leave more of the cotton on the tip. The goal is to control where the TCA touches and stays. A little vaseline around the keratosis will help to protect the surrounding skin.

Then dot it on top of the keratosis until it frosts. I usually wait 3-5 minutes between applications as the frost takes a little while to appear sometimes. Then I leave it alone except to protect it from the sun. It takes a good week or two for some to fall off. And depending on how strong your TCA is, it might take multiple treatments.

I use a strong TCA but TCA's are different so it's best to talk to the supplier and figure out which on is best for you.

Hope this helps someone!

Unfortunately I have done 3 tca peels and it did not remove it. I was told acids would not work for SK. So what other ingredients can I try?

There is an over the counter wart remover that freezes warts. I've used it on other skin lesions. You spray it on a Qtip and then hold it on the spot for 30 seconds or so. It will fall off in a few weeks. If it's something that can be frozen in a dermatologist's office, you can use it. A lot cheaper. Comes in a blue box. Don't remember the name unfortunately.

If your derm can't remove these with cryotherapy due to scarring then he's not a very good derm. I've had heaps of these frozen off with very light applications of cryo with NO scarring at all. Maybe see someone else.

Funny quote from that thread:
"Dump Kaiser Permanente insurance."

Most insurance won't pay because it's considered cosmetic. This is probably why you see old people with horrible skin and huge lumps.
