What can i do to stop getting so puffy in the morning? This past year my eyes have got puffier yet very hollow circled and gone so dark i cant cover up with concealer anymore. The puffiness is also making my fine lines deeper from obviously stretching?
My eyes also always feel really irritable in the morning. I dont really get why, i do get hayfever but i take meds for it. I also got a wedge pillow to elevate my head more but doesnt seem to be doing anything :/
I feel like im aging really fast because of it! Im only 25...I have noticed a general change in my skin of the past year or so and 2-3 years ago i started getting adult acne. Can hormones make your skin become thinner and dark circles worse? Ive also had my skin over my body become bumpier (over the past few months) every pore is kind of bumped up and its the same on my face but that became extra bumpy of the past few years. I need help But mainly my eyes bother me the most!
Would also like to add i dont think i should use natural ingredients around my eyes because i have a mild food pollen allergy. For example putting cucumbers on my eyes...bad idea (completely itchy and sore)...But not sure if say cucumber extract would give same effects? It's hard to know if im doing damage in the long run using things like that. Makes it hard to know what to use on my skin |

Can you try cold spoons over your eyes?
I also cannot use any heavy eye creams as it causes puffiness.
I also have allergies and have prescription eye drops. |

It seems that your skin has changed all over your body.
Do you have other stuffs that have changed in your body ? Tired, joint pain ect.. ?
Have you seen and talk to a doctor about all of this ? It could so many things from an intolerance to something you eat on a regular basis to a thyroid or hormonal unbalance. I think it would be wise to have a blood work and urine test.
How are your eating habits ? |

I have written this before, it worked so well for me!
As I aged, I was increasingly puffy beneath my eyes. My lifestyle was the same as it is now, clean eating, regular exercise, but I no longer have under eye bags or puffiness.
I had tried everything that I knew of including the popular eye serum that had a thread of its own on this forum, to no avail. Then I began facial lymphatic massage described by Karie Wagner at the All Natural Beauty website:
http://allnaturalbeauty.us/ani10.htm
I did the massage daily for two weeks and then once weekly. The lower lid eye bags/puffiness disappeared and I have not had it since. The massage only takes about 5 minutes. Worked for me. Worth a try. Its free… |

i am sorry you're going through this, i had the same for a year from being very ill and it was very stressful and upsetting to me. as simple and silly as it sounds, the absolute only thing that got rid of my puffiness was learning to sleep on my back, it was so hard but it really did work. i also will dunk my head in ice cold water (literally a bowl full of ice) and it will help reduce all facial puffiness. eye creams with caffeine such as green tea extract. watch your diet, perhaps you are eating something you are allergic to, maybe go and have an allergy test! lymph drainage massage can help somewhat, but be sure to check for allergies and try to sleep on your back if you don't already. for me it was the key! good luck !!!xxx |

Are you drinking a lot of water? That could ease a lot of your symptoms.
If you already are than you might try drinking apple cider vinegar in warm water right before bedtime.
I've also heard of people using it on and in their eyes (MUST be heavily diluted) but this I've never tried.
Just drinking it diluted in water has been helpful for me with eye puffiness.. |
