I have used this product line before and recently returned to it. I love their products and find they REALLY work for my often, very difficult and reactive skin. However, I noticed that the Serum Absolutes (had this occur with three different ones), seem to ball up after they have dried on your skin.
I am mostly using a mineral makeup. However, throughout the day I notice my skin is almost flaking, the product underneath the makeup is balling up. I stopped using the Serum RC under my Oxegenating Micro Gel, only using it at night which seems to help.
I have their Cleansing Gelee, Micro-exfoliant, Serum RC, and Micro Gel.
ALSO, does anyone know what the date on the bottom of the products mean, is it the expiry date or the time of manufacturing date.
Despite this issue, I have noticed a huge reduction in red areas on my face and a crazy fast healing of any red marks from past acne breakouts.
The Micro gel REALLY helps to reduce the afternoon oily skin.
I am looking for feedback from anyone who has tried this product line. |

Usually when a product "balls up" it is either incompatible with the product applied before it, after it, or it has been used in the wrong order i.e. putting a cream before a serum can sometimes cause this.
If you just use the serum by itself, is there a problem? If not, then it is the product used either before or after it. |

I am just now seeing your comments here, thanks for the reply.
I am using the products as recommended by the company and its the serum that balls up. I stopped using them layer, now I use my microgel in the day and RC serums at night, which seems to work.
I have never had this problem before with any company. |
