Hello,
I have been using Obagi Nu Derm with Retinol, BHA and AHA products. When I am dermastamping I apply copper peptide. I also used Dr Hauschka products but didn't see much effect.
I used to have acne, but not for the last 4-5 years. I had red marks from acne though, which faded away mostly after using Obagi Nu Derm. Now I am left with acne scars around my cheeks and sides, and blackheads on my nose.
I am using dermastamping for the scars, however I couldn't find a solution for blackheads. I have them on my nose and I know it will never be smooth but wanted to ask if someone can recommend a product that would help me keep off the blackheads and minimize the pores.
I have very oily, thick skin. Although I wash my face twice a day and use three types of exfoliates (Obagi Blender + retinol 0.1% + AHA or BHA) and my face is still not super dry.
Do you have any suggestions for the blackheads, Something different than what I have used?

| If you need some exfoliater to brighten skin tone and clean pores, NaturDerm EpidermxII is a good option. It works to me. |

Your using this product and have good results. That's great! I don't recommend any other chemical product for black head. Just try this, this will reduce your acne.
1. Scrub your face for 10 min.
2. Take a small bowl in this put 1 teaspoon sugar
3. Put 2-3 drops of lemon juice and mix well.
Apply this mixture on your face and massage for 10 min in a circular motion and after 10 min wash your face. You will feel that your blackhead is reducing. Try this twice a week. |

Firefish, use a BHA formulated well to do something for your skin. I think that's what you need. Try the Paulas Choice 2% BHA liquid version. You will see the change.  |

I have been using Paulas Choice 2% BHA liquid and haven't see any improvements actually.
However, after I posted here I tried massaging my nose with organic castor oil, then had a steam facial and cleaned my face with warm towel. I repeated this for a couple times and wow! My blackheads are almost gone! I will repeat this every couple days. |
