Hey guys I'm looking to invest in a new Exfoliating cleanser. My concern is more for sloughing off dead skin cells to help improve skin tone and perhaps reduce appearance of scars. Preferably something that isn't loaded with a bunch of extra "junk". As minimal, yet effective as possible. $ is not an issue here.I used to use MD Forte's Cleanser, but they've been discontinued.
Thanks!

Personally, I've had trouble finding a good exfoliating cleanser myself, so I've invested in a Clarisonic knockoff and use Yes To Cucumbers (gentle milk cleanser), and have had great results.

I have super dry skin and using a physical form of exfoliation trumps any cleanser that brands itself as an exfolaliator. I only do this about once a week so I don't disrupt my skin too much which is why I've stuck with products from the Yes To line because they're gentle yet effective.

Hi, I am health and beauty expert. And have come across a product Dermpura and found the reviews quite satisfying. It promotes moisture balance to reinforce skin's natural protective barrier, increases elasticity and firmness and leave it feeling lusciously soft and smooth. Can make a try. Best luck! Smile

I would recommend Shiseido Pureness Deep Cleansing Foam.

It is essentially a cleanser, though has a small exfoliating effect. However, I need to point out that this cleanser is better for combination or oil skin. I would not recommend it to dry skin, since the cleanser has very strong cleaning ability. Some people may not the deep clean feeling together with a little dryness.

I suggest MUAC (Makeup Artists Choice) Mandelic Acid Cleanser. Very effective and inexpensive at $19.95 for 8 ounces. I only use a pea size (on my Mia Clairsonic) and a bottle lasts a long time. They also sell sample sizes if you want to try it first before buying the full size.

I really like Skinmedica GlyPro Exfoliating Cleanser. It is a scrub with jojoba beads but they are very fine almost like a microdermabrasion-type scrub. I use it on mornings after I use my Retin-A to help remove the flakes.

Tata Harper has a cleanser with that in mind. You may want to take a look at that also.

Have you tried those exfoliating cloths? They are brilliant and exfoliate and cleanse skin at the same time. I got mine from NCN.
