Hi everyone!
Has anyone's SS turned color? I transfered some out of the original bottle into a smaller bottle and it has turned a very golden, almost light orange color. Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this...?
Thanks,
Lisa
P.S. I LOVE the Firming Complex!!!!
Can't wait to buy a full size jar! |

Skin Terra will not ship IS Clinical to Canada. The only place I found is theskincareinstitute.com (they will ship it anywhere ) |

Faith,
According to this page from Skinterra they do ship to Canada.
http://www.skinterra.com/main/ordering.html
Unless their website needs updating it "looks" like they do ship to Canada. Best way to find out I suppose is to call them. Hope this helps! |

Yes, Skin Terra does generally ship to Canada, but they do not ship IS Clinical to Canada.

IS Clinical seems to be one of those lines that they want tight control over, hence the mandatory consult and the very tight shipping procedures. |

Well that bites!
Dunno what the big deal would be to ship it to Canada..stuff goes there anyways.
Thanks for clarifying Faith! G'dLuck to those looking in Canada--I'll keep my eyes open for a company.

I found the same thing with my SS. I called and talked to a rep and they said it was suppose to be a soft yellow. Hope so, I guess because we are always told a vitamin C serum is not good when it turns yellow, it makes us unsure about this. |

Yes, it is a soft yellow. As SS has other ingredients in it...that is the way is meant to be. The same with JB C&C. C&C is not colorless either. Not to worry. |

Winnie,
My SS is not a soft yellow--more of a deep golden yellow. I only bought it about one month ago as well. I know about oxidation of Vit. C Do you think the SS is still ok??
Errr, I really wish someone would come up with a stable form of Vit. C that doesn't have some sort of silicone in it. Many thanks.

The color of my Super Serum deepened a little also. I talked to both my doc (who had recommended it in the first place) and IS Clinical.... Both assured me it represented absolutely no problem or diminishing of the effectiveness of the serum. I'm on my third bottle of the stuff, the color always deepens, and, if that indicates a weakening, then I'd faint at what the results might be otherwise. The continued results left me well assured....
(smacking myself for sounding like an IS Clinical cultist AGAIN....) |

Yeah...I don't know why either. It seems silly to me that they won't ship to Canada, but I think they believe it makes the product seem more special or something. I would really like EDS to stock it actually... |

That was going to be my question, too. Does anyone know when/if EDS will carry this line? |

Katee,
It's good to know that both your doc and the IS Clinical Rep. assured that the SS is still effective and hopefully stable, even with color change. I was going to call SkinTerra and ask but, WhaLaa, you answered my question!
I haven't experienced the results with SS like you have and others as well, hence my hesistancy with the color changing. Thanks for your reply!

I sent an email to EDS as was suggested on this line, the reply said that they would consider stocking the line depending on the response or requests they get. If enough of us email them, they will have no choice. I just spent $500 on skincare, but would spend more if they stocked this product!! (it's probably a good thing ). |

I just got my sample of the Active Serum. I'll report back when I use it up (about a week I'm guessing). |

Still really loving this stuff. My pores definitely look smaller and it's 90+ degrees here and very humid. Thanks again katee. |

I am floored I purchased the Firming Complex which is very similiar to the Active Serum but more gentle. After one week the pores on my chin and T zone are nearly closed. More then I expected in such a short time. Wonderful product. I also like the HydraCool. I only received a sample. It is just enough moisture and my face feels so clean. For the winter I don't think HydraCool would be enough for my mature skin.
ISC is very expensive. IMO the products are a Class Act. BTW I did get samples of the Active Serum, HydraCool, Super Serum, Eye Cream. The Active Serum is AWESOME but I think my mature skin is liking Firming Complex better. The eye cream is a lovely texture. I did not get the WOW I did with the firming complex. After PMing Katee I am going to give it more time. I have not opened the Super Serum yet. I am very pleased with JB's C&C. At some point I will try it.
Between my AlphaDerma,C&C and now IS Clinical just maybe I can fight skin aging for a few more year. |

Mabsy,
how did you get a sample? Was it an order, from the web, or do you just have some serious OS contacts?? Will someone send samples to Australia?
Dying to know.... |

I ordered something off agelessmd.com and asked for a sample of the Active Serum. I've been using it for two days. It's nice (like the texture but hate the smell of it) but it's really too early to tell anything.
Could anybody clarify for me if their vit C serum also comes in a clear see-through bottle? |

Their Vit C products come in amber bottles. The Active Serum should be in a blue bottle. I have had samples of them too, and even the samples came in amber and blue bottles. |

Thanks Faith! I was wondering because my Active Serum sample comes in a clear vial and the pictures of the vit C serums in their catalogue that I got sent also look like it's a clear bottle (with yellow fluid inside). |

That is so odd! Do the vials have writing on them? I still have my eye serum sample and just looked it. The bottle is labelled with the ISC logo and also says Innovative Skincare. I wonder in they are making their own samples and selling them? |

Nope, it's got a proper ISClinical blue label on it with the name, the logo, and the "Innovative Skincare, Los Angeles....." on the side. |
