No, those aren't rays from the sun and won't do damage. If you go outside at all then yes you would. |

I use sunscreen indoors whenever there are windows, or if I know I'm going to be sitting by/around windows. That's the only reason I'd use SS indoors |

I use sunscreen every morning on my face, neck and hands, as part of my normal skincare routine, since UV light penetrates windows. |

Just use common sense..Use sunscreen anytime you're going to be a target for the sun. If you're indoors with curtains and aren't affected by the sun than don't worry about it.
After a peel you will particularly need to be protected..But if you're not going to be in the sun than why put all those chemicals on your more sensitive, peeling skin if you don't need to?
My routine is to put sunscreen on everyday. But if I'd just done a peel and wasn't going out I would try to avoid using it. |

Yes, wear sunscreen indoors as different light bulbs emit UV rays, such as CFC, quartz halogen, fluorescent, and tungsten filament incandescent bulbs. |
