About 2 weeks ago I put on this browny lipstick and I fell asleep, forgetting to take it off. Anyway I woke up and remembering to remove my makeup, I tried to take it off my lips but I only got a few smudges off. I soon realised it had somehow stained or the colour sunk into my lips...so now my lips are this strange tan colour...like dull brown in splotches whilst other areas are the originally pinky I had them before my little lipstick accident and some others are just pale...but thats natural too.
Also it seems the lipstick was a cheap ol' brand (a thing called 'Be Yourself' by Fennel) and its also made those tanned areas lose their elasticity (it hurts slightly when i pull my lips out like to smile, etc.) and moisture (so its constantly dry) and when I rub my two lips together I cant feel the bottom lip well...it feels strange like not there, it also feels unnaturally smooth, not the usual natural feel.
Is this permanent? My sister says Im only young and my lips might go good again and regenerate but some of my other friends say lipstick fries your lips and its permanent so live with it...wats true and wat can i do?
I dont think I have super sensitive skin as I've dumped other products on my skin and there is little or no reaction. |

| Try an oil-based make-up remover, or even baby oil. |

| You may want to try some gentle exfoliation. I think it would help to get rid of the surface stained cells. |
