My esthetician used the Pevonia Enzymo Peel on me the other day. It's the most gentle and effective exfoliant I ever had. My skin was so smooth and soft afterwards. The best is you don't need to work on it, you just need to leave it on for a few minutes. She gave me a sample and I will try it this week for sure. I was so tempted to get it but have 4-5 other exfoliating products at home still (Dr. H, Dermalogica etc), I'd better finish them first Embarassed. I wonder why prices are not listed here in EDS?

Hi KK - just go the Pevonia page, log in from there, re-access Pevonia and the price points will show up. I just checked for you - the product you've reviewed is $39 CDN

I have this and I use it when my skin is being sensitive, but still needs exfoliation.

Since my first review, I have bought the Yonka Gommage. Although I liked the result of the Yonka gommage (skin becomes very soft and it can absorb the moisturizer much better because the layer of dead skin is literally off), it is too difficult to get the gommage off. Just like a lot of the forum members here, I ended up rubbing my face so hard that I got red patches over my face. Well, instead of wasting the Yonka gommage, you can use it as an overnight mask under your eye to rehydrate and get rid of dark circle. I don't have dark circle, but my mum tried it, she swears by it.

Anyway, I wonder if anyone has compare the 2 products, Yonka gommage and the Pevonia. Do they provide similar results? If so, I'd get the Pevonia EnzymoSpheride because it's so much easier to use. I'd be grateful if someone could give me any advise on this. Smile

Once again, I am super lazy Embarassed Very Happy , one-step or simple process is my kind of product such as the Yonka Gel Nettoyant, one-step cleansing+makeup removing (including eye makeup)!!!

what is the usage recommendation on the Pevonia peel? How many times a week? How long to leave on?

The RoC one I am using now you leave 2 days between treatment and it is on the face for max. 10min.

Thinking of trying this to compare to the RoC (which I incidentally)

I have used the Pevonia ESPC for 2 years now. It's my favorite product! I use it twice a week..leave it on for two minutes and wash off. So Simple! I am sure you can leave it on for longer and it is so gentle! I love that it's made of two of my favorite things..pineapple & papaya!
