Flax seeds & Cucumber are always beneficial for skin care. You'll really love your skin after consuming both of them.
I prefer flax seeds powder mixed in fresh milk and raw cucumber in my healthy diet. |

I highly recommend Aloe juice. It works very well on the intestines and skin. The skin looks alive and the difference can be seen after a short time. It works for everyone, even my boy ^^ |

Diet may not fix all your skin's issues, but eating healthy will be reflected in your skin. That and a good skin care routine is the best foundation for anti-aging. And sunscreen, of course. That's the hardest for me, it's just not a habit yet. |

To have healthy skin, first of all, you should lead a healthy lifestyle and eat right, and also get rid of bad habits. Drink enough water and take care of your skin. I would advise to apply natural face masks, which you can do with your own hands. That perfectly tones the skin and rejuvenates it. |

Sorry but you say "natural" masks can tone the skin and rejuvenate it? Please share your sources. To me, I have used natural masks and shop bought ones and the ones with actives far outweight the natural ones. Whilst I get that natural is often touted to be better - it isn't in all cases.

Skin problems occur due to deficiency of several vitamins and mineral in our body or sometimes due high amount of presence of it in our body. In that case, we can opt for several diets which helps us in keeping our skin healthy such as Sardines, Broccoli, Sunflower Oil, and Walnuts. These foods contain several nutrients which help in keeping skin healthy. Along with this drink, plenty amount of water also helps in dealing with the skin problem. |

Include foods in your diet which are rich in vitamin A and C, antioxidant and beta-carotene such as Rosemary, Carrots, Tomatoes, and Kale. These nutrients play important role in keeping skin healthy. |

I highly recommend Sea Buckthorn Oil. I discovered it when I was going thru menopause and suddenly started having trouble with dry eyes, etc. I wouldn't be without it now. I honestly think it has helped my body in general including my skin. Also, I was previously on Restasis for my eyes and now use no eyedrops whatsoever and am off Restasis. |

How to eat healthy for skin? |
Base on my experience, make sure 80% of what you eat are whole foods, and try to eliminate processed food to less than 20%. It was hard at first because I really had to watch what I eat, for example something healthy can also be processed food such as cheese or yogurt.
Definitely drink tons of water. |

I think sugar is now the blame for aging due to a process called glycation and it's a compound called Advanced Glycation End Products (AGEs) that are the culprits, causing collagen and elastin breakdown.
So may be cut back if possible? |
