It somewhat depends on what results you’re looking for. For me, since I have loss of volume in the face, I go for fillers.

Facial, with an exfoliation treatment like a dermaplane followed by an IPL. Refreshes and gently tightens. And after fillers or botox.

It depends on your areas of concern. If you’re not sure, the aesthetician on duty can give you a recommendation. They usually have list that describe each spa service. You may find it on their website as well.
