I have dry/combination skin but lately my skin has been feeling more dry than usual, I have dry pathes on my forehead, eyebrows, and in one area on my neck. Sometimes it itches, idk how to fight the dryness of my face here's my skincare routine.

Avene Cleanance Hydra Soothing Cleansing Cream
I wash my face with lukewarm water that I mix with two drops of tea tree oil (sometimes I add lavender or other things). After that I rinse again with cold water, I dry my face with a clean fresh towel (making sure it's clean always), then I put my toner on. For my toner I either use witch hazel, rose water, apple cider vinegar. After i'm done with that, I either put argan oil (pure argan oil from Morocco) and I mix with tea tree oil or another essential oil, or I use rosehip oil (sometimes I mix argan oil and rosehip oil).

(and after all that i still get pimples and my skin feels dry)

What else should i do?

There was a time when I used to have the same problem, but I got over it. Maybe you aren't doing it all right. Maybe the care you are using isn't suitable for your skin type. Before choosing any skin care, the first thing you need to do is identify your skin type.

I read this blog by Dr. Lancer to determine one's skin type. Also, you can opt for any of his treatment methods if you want to. But, tbh I don't believe in using cosmetics for skin care. I advise you to go for a natural skincare schedule.

I know your current natural schedule was ineffective, but maybe this was because of that particular natural remedies weren't suitable for you.

You can check out this blog: zovon com/home-remedies/skin-care/home-remedies-for-dry-skin/

It was helpful for me when it might even work for you.

Ok, I hear you cleanse and tone. But I don't see you mention anything about moisturising and protecting the skin afterward.

Dehydrated skins will/ may cause those exact symptoms you mentioned.
