Hey there skin care enthusiasts!
I stumbled across a Gua Sha massage tool and quickly integrated it into my natural forehead smoothing practice.

wenning - I love scraping! While I continue to scrape my forehead and face, I now scrape sore muscles before using DIY trigger point therapy and stretching. It is so effective at loosening hardened areas (muscle congestion), relieving pain and promoting soft muscles!
