| The cleansing milk is for cleansing your face (dirt and light makeup removal). The cleansing cream is to be used on CLEAN skin only. Its purpose is to gently exfoliate the skin and clean out the pores. I would say that the cleansing cream would be better for you as long as you use something else beforehand to remove your makeup. At the moment I'm using the cleansing cream in the morning and the cleansing milk followed by the cleansing cream at night. HTH |

| almagarret - if you don't wear any makeup then the cleansing cream by itself will do. I use it by itself in the morning. Just make sure that you follow the instructions though and press/knead it into the skin rather than massaging or scrubbing. |
