Hi
I am facing a lot of stress problems. stress that makes my body so weak. how many types of treatment were there to relieve stress? is this something that requires continual treatment? |

make sure your sleep is restful! its difficult to go sleep if u are stressed and thinking of something for the next day and week.
learn to relax, enjoy some food, music, and don't think of work and stuff.
i like to watch comedy videos before sleeping |

How old are you?
Stress is a constant in this world. We all go through it. There are many different things you can do, like yoga, meditation, even deep breathing helps to alleviate stress too. There are treatments you can undergo if it is medical or health related but its impossible to know based on the words you use above. |

Get a good night sleep, try a healthier diet, and find a good product to keep your face hydrated in the long run. |

Also, if you have a pet it will be better if you go for a walk don't forget to bring some dog bones as a treat. Taking a break from everything that stresses you out will be really helpful. |

You have probably heard all the tips, but it will not be superfluous to repeat them. You need to sleep well. For example, listening to an audiobook and keeping the room cool helps me fall asleep. Also eat what you like - enjoying food is a must for good health. Just don't overeat! And try to exercise. You don't have to go to the gym - let your body move. For example, you can ride a bike Tomasso , swim, walk. |
