I was just thinking, since all of us skin-care junkies are spending so much time on this forum  it's a good idea to keep your mouse and keyboard very clean to prevent accidental contamination of your skin. The computers at school are so nasty I carry my own cleansing wipes before I use them.  I use rubbing alcohol (not soaking wet!) on a cotton pad at home. Of course, follow your computer manufacturer's cleaning instructions. |

 m, i think all those toast crumbs are probably interfering with my ability to type (well, that's what i'm claiming anyway!).

wonder if they will come out with a dishwasher safe keyboard and mouse, that would be GREAT !!!

Regarding the dishwasher safe keyboard, another instructor and I acutally got into a debate about this very subject so we put our debate to the test. 
My feeling was if the keyboard isn't working anyway why not give it a run through the dishwasher (nothing to lose was my thinking). So, I put an old keyboard that had been in my closet (not working) in the dishwasher and when the cycle finished I set it outside to dry. Honestly, I let it set out there for 2 days (and it was pretty hot then) to be completely dry. Well, when I plugged it up...IT WORKED! 10 months later here I sit typing on it. Go figure.
For me, the best part was the other instructor was a man. My advice to him..."You just need to use the dishwasher more."
