I just wondered if anybody had compared the the Organic Make-up Skin Care Products with Dr H Products?? I have just bought the Dr CC and Rose Day Cream which i like, but now i have read the reviews about the Orgainc Company and just cant hold and want to buy them as well - can someome advise me if one is better that the other.

thanks again

Hi Nicky,

I am well familiar with both lines and have tested / used almost everything from the tests I did at the professional makeup supply shop and the products I purchased from there.

For the skincare products, I would have to say they are wonderful and perform as well as most of the Dr Hauschka product I used in the past.

I mean the good thing about the Organic Makeup Products is that they are not selling us a dream and their prices are GREAT!

Dr H has the history, but also a celeb status which I don't buy since I service a lot of these people in my profession.

If you want the purest skincare, then Organic Makeup wins. Just look at their ingredients.

I second what Style Guru said - I first tried Dr H's Rose cream and Quince Cream just because i read in a newspaper that it was Madonna's favourite..............just because a celebrity endorsed a product.........doesn't mean that they use it religously........for all we know.......they may have been paid (millions Shock) just to carry the bag with the logo ...to make people think they use the product all the time.

I used to believe everything i read about celebrities.......ie if they were seen (by the paparazzi) using or buying a product....then that was what attributed to their great skin.....not that they've had botox, microdermabrasion, face lifts etc.............now i take everything with a pinch of salt............

I believe what i read on this forum......and you can't get better advice than this............. Very Happy Very Happy tried and tested

And anyway..........the thing that sold it for me from The Organic Makeup Company was that they actually make up the product fresh when you place an order..........now does Dr H do that - I DON'T THINK SO!!!

regards Karina

Well thanks both of u for ur reply and that has made my mind up, although i dont know if i can wait till my Dr H runs out - this forum really does bankrupt me - i only joined a few months ago and the amount of products i have bought on the forums reccomendation is unbelievable!!! but the reccommendations are all spot on so i tell my husband i am saving money by not buying all the stuff that doesnt work. So thanks for the reply about the organic - my mum also wanted some moisturiser so i will order some for her also.

I know what you mean, I have dropped a lot of cash due to advice from this forum too Embarassed

I'm a Dr. H fan too and I'm drying to try the organic makeup company. I'd order immediately but I'm waiting for the eyeshadow shades that I want to be released first. I'll definitely be comparing them when I get a chance!
