I've never used any Vit C before but am thinking of starting to combat sun damage on my sun sensitive skin. I've run a search here to find out what Vit C serum to invest in and most seem to point to PSF Vit C. Would u agree or have u got a better recommendation?

mojocat: There are a few of popular c serums on this forum. As you are just starting it is a good idea to keep the % low. PSF is a good choice, as is Vivier 10, and maybe even Cellular Skin RX. I am not sure which one is most suitable for sensitive skin. There is also Skinceuticals and Cellex C, but I am pretty sure both if these will be too drying for you. I have sensitive skin also, and found both of these drying.

lianne: PSF is Pure Skin Formulations

Faith - Thanks for your suggestions! I also know there's a difference between L-aa n C-esther type of Vit C? Which brand carries what? Ive read a little on it and sounds like most recommend L-aa type!

All of the above C serums contain stabalised L-ascorbic acid. From my understanding, this is the only type of vit C that can actually be absorbed by your skin. C esthers can be superfically absorbed but not enough to actually repair damage; they just kind of remain on the surface and are effective at fighting free-radicals. Why don't you give the PSF a try... I just looked at the site again and it also contains HA, so I am thinking that it will actually improve the moisture level of your skin Very Happy
