Vitamin E is a good antioxidant. It is especially benfecial if you have Vitamin C
and E on your face. So, no, you're not
wasting your time.

Vitamin E is a good antioxidant so protects the skin from free radicals, it is also reputed to be good for healing and general skin improvement. Its said that if you massage the contents of a pure vitamin E capsule onto a scar it will soften and prevent hardening and improve the look of it. '
I have the spray you have and its quite hydrating to skin and soothing however the Vitamin E is quite far down the ingredients list so may be less effective than a Vitamin E product with a better concentration. Incidentally natural source Vitamin E is significantly nore potent than synthetic apparently.
