 Hi I'm new and need help. I a licensed estitician and orderd from anais. I ordered a certification course and peel kit from them and did not recieve all the products and the course cd is blank. everytime I call all I here is someone will call me back. When i looked at your board I saw messages saying anais had been banned. I had to use paypal to pay them and assumed they were legitmate but everytime I email them it gets sent back. Is there anyting I can do to get them to either refund my money or send me the suff. I wish I had seen this board before I orderd. Thanks |

 thanks for the info. I sent a nasty email to them saying if i was not contacted i was going to report them to paybal and cosumer protection. they finally called and left a message from a women with a accent i could not understand, plus an email saying they would refund my money if i wanted to sent the products i recieved back. i would still like the products and the course cd basically for my own skin problems. I've tried microdermibrasion, and have consuleted a dermotologist and they told be my hyperpigmentation problem could only be helped either with laser or chemical peels ant $9oo. a pop which I cannot spend. I have some of the techinical traing to do these but would feel better haveing taking a course on it. every place I looked at peels they did not ask for my license which I don't consider right |
