Hi Everyone,
Just had to share my excitement. I got my new package of Yonka products the other day (with my usual products: gel nettoyant, Pamplemousse, Yonka Lotion), but I just made another order with totally new products that I've not used before! Specifically, I ordered the Creme PG, Yonka Juvenil, Yonka Mask 103, and . . . (drum roll please), Dermalogica's Microfoliant!!!!! I've heard so mny great things about the Microfoliant that I just can't resist!!!!!! The Yonka products are aimed at acne-prone skin so I want to see if it'll help clear up my skin. Proactiv has been drying out my skin lately, and Yonka always soothes my skin . . . so I think it might be time to just stick with Yonka and leave Proactiv for a while.
I am ultra-excited to get my new products. They probably won't get here for another week or so but I'll make sure to post reviews when the time comes!!!!!!!

Aaaaaaw, thanks for your moral support and excitement, Mabsy! I'm definitely looking forward to everything in my package (though I must be patient and not put EVERYTHING on my face at once ha ha ha). I'm also very anxious about the "Microfoliant plunge" . . . I've heard too many good things about that stuff!

Lisa,
Have you tried the YonKa serum by any chance?
About the Microfoliant.... well.... never mind. I'm sure you know what I'm going to say Oh what the hell, I'll say it anyway! It's FABULOUS! :P

Hey Mabsy!
No, I haven't tried the Yonka Serum . . . unfortunately. I'm actually not too keen on using other "boosters" with my moisturizers. It just seems like an extra lot to buy, you know? Especially when my Yonka moisturizers work so well already! It sounds like a really good product, though, so it might be worth a try. Let me know if you use it and review it I'd be curious to know!
Ha ha ha, so how does the Microfoliant work? I heard from the reviews that it's a powder, right? Do you have to use a lot? I mean, it was $60 for 74 MG, so I'm wondering how long that lasts. I mean, if it's SO good, I'll want to use it pretty often, you know? But I don't want it to break the bank -- any tips on use?
Thanks, Mabsy!

Well I might give the YonKa serum a go I think. I still have a parcel on the way so I will wait a while (gotta start clearing out some of the stuff I have before I buy more!)
With the Microfoliant, it is a powder and it's 74g. But you have to remember that powder is light so 74g of powder is a fair bit! I use more or less what the instructions say, about half a teaspoon and use it about 5 times a week (buffing beads the other two times ). I've been using it for about five weeks now (eyeryday for the first 3 weeks or so and 5 days/week since then). I have over 3/4 of it left. HTH!

Hi Mabsy,
Yes, that did help, thanks! I forgot that it's powder form so 75g is likely a lot ha ha ha. I can't wait to use it, though! And I can't wait for my new Yonka products!!!!!!!!!!!! Oy . . . I'm such a girlie girl!
