I have a Japanese straight perm and I have very dry damaged hair. There is a L'Oreal Professional product line that I use that is specifically made for straight permed ha ir. It is easy to find in Japan, but I don;t know about other places. Redken All Soft and Goldwell Kerasilk are also great for my hair. I just ordered some Nexxus Energencee too, and I am hoping that will help also. I know for my hair, the Silky conditioner would simply not be enough moisture.

I've not tried Seb, have used other products in the sexy hair range and liked them.

TIGI do a very nice moisture shine, and a honey & oatmeal shampoo/conditioner sets which I really like and are reasonably priced. Both leave your hair feeling nourished and soft - the oat is richer.

Aveda have the sapmoss and brilliance range of the two if your hair is really dry I'd go for the sap moss. Maybe they can give you a sample.

I would also recommend using coconut oil on your hair once a week -or olive oil/jojoba oil work well. Just leave it for 10-30 mins or overnight, shampoo well, condition and there you go.

If your in the UK you can buy large jars of Coconut oil from Tesco (in the indian food section) and it's only about 85p. Great for dry hair ends, dry skin.
