Hi everyone,
I've recently started using this product for a week and my eyelashes are falling OFF (like one and sometimes two eye lashes a day).
Is this normal the first few days? I haven't noticed it getting longer or thicker, but only falling apart.
This is NOT normal, is it? Any one here with the same problem? Or maybe I am using it wrong? I apply it in the morning and night as instructed... |

Hi everyone,
As advised, I stopped using the product already.
When I was on the product, my lashes got so dry, eventually fell off one by one as I washed my face, which was weird because that never happened in the past before.
Just so mad now I can't return it...since the 7 day warranty period has passed. I'm so mad now..........I bet they KNOW that they don't have a good product (that's why it's not a 30 day warranty).
Doesn't it make SENSE to have a 30 day warranty since they claim it takes 28 days to have longer lashes? I bet they know it doesn't work, so thats' why the warranty days are so limited. |

I'm sorry it didn't work for you. This has worked really well for me though...not everything works for every person |

It sounds like you had an allergic reaction to one or more of the ingredients in it. I didn’t have any problems with it either.
BTW, I bought my Talika Lipocils fromwww.sephora.com back in September, and if I wanted to, I could return the remaining product to my local Sephora store for a full refund today without any questions or hassles. Of course I don’t want to return mine, since Lipocils are part of the daily “lash conditioning/growing cocktail” I use to keep my lashes long and lush.
I think the 7-day-return period you mentioned was specific to the store or website where you purchased your product, and is NOT dictated by the company (Talika). For that reason, I have gotten into the habit of checking a retail store or online website’s return policy before I will commit to ordering any product from them, especially if it is a high-dollar purchase. The moral: it pays to know the store’s return policy before making any purchase, regardless of whether it’s for cosmetics/skincare, shoes/clothing or music CDs/movie DVDs. |

I didn't have any problems with Talika - it didn't really do much for me as I recall, but I certainly didn't have more lashes falling out.
I'm not sure if you usually use anything on your lashes during the day but people lose eyelashes on a daily basis. If you don't wear mascara during the day then they fall off and you don't even notice. If you start to use something that dries on your lashes and kinda keeps them together then you tend to notice losing lashes because the ones that would usually drop off during the day do so when you wash your face and remover your mascara. Just a thought.... |
