I just thought I should add this post, too. I don't really worry about shampoo, anything that gentle to my fine hair is o.k but for conditioning, Pantene Pro-V Smooth and Sleek is my top pick. I wash my hair everyday ( yes, every single day since I knew how to wash my hair all by myself). I just loooooove the fresh scent of newly washed hair!!! I have tried many lines of hair cares ( some are very popular and some are very pricey), but I always trust Pantene Pro-V Smooth and Sleek on my vanity crown. And with its affordable price, I can use it ( and a lot of it) everyday without any guilt :P |

Y'know, like yourself, I too love Terax products. For the past year, however, I have been conducting an experiment with my fine, thick, highlighted hair. I have oodles of curls at the back, underneath the bone-straight top. It's weird! And in Vancouver's humidity, it's always a fight to control it.
Bring in Pantene's Smooth & Sleek! It's a winner, and I used to abhor the idea of drugstore products! But y'know what? My hair has never been in such good condition! Case-in-point: I just had my highlights redone five days ago (after eight weeks). I am blonde naturally, but have high-lift streaks put in too. Damaged. But my hair was SO healthy, that my friend/stylist said that she didn't even need to trim ANYTHING off! And I use an 1800 watt hairdry AND a flat-iron at times. Pantene rocks! |

| I think Pantene shampoo is really good. But my favorite would be Paul Michel's |

| There's so much bad talk about drugstore hair care but you know what, if it works for you and your hair looks great than who's to tell you its not good? Pantene isn't the best choice for me (weird product buildup from it) but my mom loves it and has used it forever. Her favorite was the smooth and sleek but then she switched to the daily care.. or something like that? Not sure of the exact name. She has beautiful hair and swears by Pantene. I hate when people say its not good because how can that be so when her hair is so beautiful and has been that way for years? |

| I love to use Pantene for say a fortnight then switch to another brand, this way I don't get that build up and it does an amazing job of taming any frizziness. |
