Just received my Prep, Okusil and ADCE today.
Now I have to figure out how to use them! My present regime is all Skinceuticals. CE&E Ferulic and Face Cream in the AM, and Intense Line Defense, Eye Balm and Overnight Renew Dry, in the PM. How do I add the JB products to this regime? Or should I replace my existing products completely? (I love Skinceuticals, but I am at the point where I have to reorder anyway)

Thanks for any insight you can provide.

Now you have me having to do a lot of thinking. Iam not feeling too well so please bare with me. You can continue using Skinceuticals CE&E. Please use it over the Skin Prep then apply AlphaDermaCE. As far as the other products you are using I don't know much about the actives in them. If your SC face cream is just a moisturizer you can apply it over AlphaDermaCE if you need extra moisture.

When using JB's AlphaDerma and Mineral Prep it is always recommended that for a week you use nothing but these products. You can slowly add in your regular routine. As AlphaDerma has so many lovely ingredients I think you will be more then happy with the results. I must stress that a C Serum is very beneficial when using AlphaDermaCE.

BTW Please only use 1/2 pump of Mineral Prep (let absorb)and then 1/2 pump AlphaDerma. Of course 1/2 pump of each does my whole face and neck. Don't be afraid to pat a small amount of Mineral Prep and AlphaDerma around your eye bone.

My mum uses the prep followed by a C serum, followed by ADCE and Okusil around the eye (and now eye cream over that). I would say that if you just use what you got together with the SC C serum then after a few days your skin will tell you whether or not you need moisturiser or eye cream over the top.

Thanks Winnie and Mabsy. I started using all 3 last night (and this morning). Looking forward to seeing "dramatic" results (I'll be happy with "subtle.) I'll keep you posted.

P.S. I put all the Skinceuticals aside for the week (as you suggested).

You should see some results immediately. The dramatic results came with consistency for me. Sometimes we get tired and neglect our faces before bedtime. IMO my nightly skin care routine is the most beneficial.
