it just makes you have diarrhoea and you keep going to the toilet like 3-5 times a day
NOT GREAT!

Eating soluble fiber is good, if you're not used to much it does give u the runs. Pills are not optimal for losing weight even if you do lose once you stop taking them you haven't cahanged your habits so you will not lose.
If you want to lose weight though just cut out processed foods, simple carbs and bad fats and u will lose. I lost 40 pounds easily this way (also lost diabetes and High blood pressure). I've kept it off for 2 years mostly keeping up this type of diet. For me low fat did not work I lost 10 pounds but my blood pressure went out of control and blood sugar went up. |

have u tried these?? having the runs doesnt sound too bad for someone like me with chronic constipation (sorry too much info!!!!) seriously is this from personal experience - i eat a good but admitedly high carb diet with loads of fruit and still no weight loss joy - although i would only wanna lose half a stone.
