What carekate says in these threads is true! This aspirin mask is awesome. I use about once a week and can really see a difference when I do. Very Happy

i made it for my daughter to use after reading so much raves but it didn't work for her. i mix 2 bayer aspirin with a few drops of tea tree oil or sometimes with an acne gel that the doc recommend. no help at all . in fact her skin is getting worse n i'm so sad.
did i go wrong with the combination?

You'd make a right mess all over your bedding sleeping with that on.

Yeah, the mask would be all over your pillow by morning. It's always gritty and flaky.

I started making aspirin masks about two years ago (off and on), and I'm always amazed by the dewy and smooth look of my skin afterward. I'm not sure how long that result lasts, though, nor do I know how often one should use it. The main thing that keeps me from doing it more often is that it's kind of a pain to make. (Maybe it would be better to make a large batch all at once? I'm not sure how well it would "keep," though.)
