I am on my second bottle of this and I love it!
I use it just at night and its perfect for my skin. Its not too thick or heavy, but gives me enough moisturising benefits that I feel I want at night. Comes in a pump bottle which is great too.
My skin feels so silky and soft after using this, no greasy residue. Sinks in perfectly. I have oily/combination skin but get dry patches aswell and sometimes very sensitive to some products. I find though this cream doesn't irratate at all and best of all it doesnt break me out into zillions of spots. It smells good and in the morning my skin feels really smooth and I find it soothes any red patches. Only thing I would change is that I wish there was more in the bottle. 
It says on the bottle it is free from petrochemicals, sulphates, synthetic fragrnce, PEGS, animal products, synthetic colours, propylene glyol, TEA, DEA and paraben

I thought frankincense was boswellia serrata 
I use jojoba oil with a few drops of frankincense and rose otto added. It is lovely  |
