Thank you! Double the price here but I shall look into it. At least it's still half price of the EAS |

Thanks Jacob, I'd appreciate the WEB site. I depend on whey protein for my cereals and for baking. I've been low glycemic index for 2 years, lost weight and became healthy (I was "incurable" high blood pressure and blood sugar despite many meds). Now I am healthy with NO meds. Whey was a contributer. |

Hi mabsy
I think a lot of people would be jealous of a weight-loss condition!! :P
I have tried just a pure protein powder from Amway, which my mum recommended for general well being.
I think their Double-x product, multivitamin, mineral, phytos is quite good in complement with protein.
Regular people take 2 scopps, like 8.2g of protein. But most people don't get enough of their daily intake, of like 20g? anyway, from meat and such.
My skins actually improved from good protein intake. And there are always plenty of amway people all over the world! |

Jacob - yeah, it's double the price. However, given the postage costs that's probably not unreasonable. Thank you for the offer of sending one over, but I'm afraid it'll be way too expensive given the weight of it
Miranets - lol, yeah, I tend to get that. Feels weird because I'm very jealous of people who can put on weight easily. Unfortunately, I tend to get the "wish I had your problem" or "enjoy it while it lasts" or "wait till you have kids" comments even from some doctors! With everybody else that says that though I just ask them if they'd rather be overweight and have good bones or be underweight and have osteoporosis - most of them get the point I'm pretty sure we have Amway here... I'll have to look into this. Thanks!
Meanwhile, I went back to the gym today for the first time in ages and I totally wrecked my legs! I almost fell down the stairs on the way out of the gym 'coz my legs just wanted to give way underneath me. Something tells me that I'll be very sore tomorrow |
