I find that using a proper brush with mineral foundations is really important. I love my Jane Iredale Handi brush and find it better than the BE brushes that come in the kits.
Btw, you can experiment with adding some mineral foundation to your moisturiser in order to make a tinted moisturiser on days when you want just a little bit of colour. |

Not sure which one you're pointing to as I'm seeing a page with a few brushes on it. I'm talking about the sixth brush on this page: http://www.essentialdayspa.com/jane_iredale_brushes_hydration_water.htm. Sorry, the direct link to the brush doesn't seem to be working, I'll PM EDS about that tonight.
I bought mine on EDS I think but I'm sure you can have a look at it and try it out at any salons that carry Jane Iredale. |

hi there,
I have the JI Handi and paid like $38-39 for it! I have a brush almost exactly like it coming in this week that I ordered for my website (www.beautifulnewskin.com). If you haven't already ordered the JI, check out mine as it will save you some money.
I also carry a limited shade selection of minerals that are similair to BE. I used BE prior to finding my own private label. (just an FYI for the future as I see you ordered the BE kit
I use either a flat head brush (Handi) or a kabuki to apply minerals and both work great. The great thing about minerals is they are sooo natural looking and healthy for your skin. Good luck with BE! |

I ordered one of these (not from this company though) off Ebay a couple of months ago. I was just starting out with mineral make-up and so didn't want to buy an expensive brush only to find out that minerals didn't suit my skin and I was stuck with an expensive brush too.
Thankfully, I have been converted to mineral make-up and the brush is very good for applying loose and pressed minerals.
The brush was a bit cheaper off Ebay. If you want to know the name of the Ebay member I bought it off you can PM me. |
