I do not know about this I wouldn't take anything with only trade names for ingredients. Drink your green tea instead and take a good antioxidant (say Reveratrol). |

i think that taking just vitamin/mineral supplements, especially ones which you are lacking, and a good diet would be quite beneficial for the skin.
i have tried various supplements from pharmacies, specifically for skin problems, but they have done nothing.
i am taking a b-complex, multivitamin, zinc, and supplemented protein in milk/drinks, and it has been really good for controlling breakouts, healing pimple scars, and just improving 'firmness'.
man, and i cannot emphasise how FRUIT, even just 2-3 a day, really helps with my skin as well. |

I don't know about that site, I can't imagine anything you take internally will help block the sun, be VERY careful!
I just started on MSM for joints/hair/skin/nails not sure if it is doing anything yet. I take EPA and I just ordered a multiple that is veggie/fruit naturally composed so I am hoping to see/feel? a difference with it! It was reallly hard to track down, called More than a Multiple for women by Americanhealthvitamins.com and I had to order thru a mail house, none of the stores listed have it yet! It has omegas and black cohosh which is helpful for peri/menopausal symptons! |
