I have found the effects of Vit C are cumulative over time. After 4 months you will continue to see more improvments, and even more after 6, and so on. Increasing to Vivier 20 will speed up the process. Vit C is really a long term product IMO. I have been using it for about 10 months now, and my skin keeps improving. I am very happy with it at this point, but pleasantly surprised when I notice some other *flaw* that has faded, or disappeared. |

I agree with Faith. Just keep on going with it. 8 weeks is enough time to see the initial evening out of skintone and brightening but not long enough to see the firming and texture changes. Like Retin-A, it's a long-term use product. As for going up to the 20%, if your skin can handle it, why not? Keep an eye on stability though as the %'s go up. Hard to keep l-ascorbic acid stable in formulations that contain water and high concentrations of C. |

If you are not having problems with the 10, you should be fine to increase. You might get some tingling/stinging at first, but I bet it will stop with 4 or 5 days. |
