I live in Illinois and was surprised that it took 10 business days (15 total) for my package to arrive. I've read others, in Australia mind you, who say their package arrives in only 4 days! How long does it take your package to arrive and where do you live? I'm curious about this. Thanks, Cheryl
Magda, there is no need to apologize; there is no complaint. It just peaked my interest to find out how the US Postal System and other postal systems differ. |

Hi there,
I think it varies, but as long as you get your package, then things should be okay, right? I'm in Boston, MA and it takes about 8 days. My permanent home is in Houston, and it takes about 10 days to get a package there.

| I live in Detroit and my packages used to arrive in 3-5 business days, not it takes up to 2 weeks as well! I noticed that this started happening after 9/11 incident. I don't know if there is a correlation but I speculate that the U.S. is a lot stricter about packages coming in from other countries now. |

Majority of shipments are still reaching destinations in North America in 3-5 business days. Some packages take little more some packages take even less then that. United States Postal Service is very unpredictable and it was never able to guarantee exact delivery time for Air Mailed packages. (even before September 11th)
Even with 5 days average delivery time Air Mail is a good deal as long as it comes free or only $3USD per package 
Thank you in advance for being patient with those slower packages.
