I have been using Skinceuticals C+E Serum for a couple of months. The colour is a light yellow now but when I put it into the palm of my hands it stains it a bit like self-tan. Im starting to think that my face is coloured like that too. Is it meant to stain/colour your skin. |

I'm using the Vivier serum. I am about halfway through my first bottle. It doesn't appear to have changed colour. However, I do notice that when I wake up in the morning (I put it on at night) my face has a bit of an orange tinge to it. I wondered if it was the 'glow' that everyone claimed to be getting with the C serums.
It doesn't really bother me because once I've washed my face in the morning the colour has gone. Wouldn't want to use it in the morning though if it meant walking about all day looking like a tangerine. |

Vit C does stain my hands in some areas, but not my face. I think it sticks to any dry places more. Try exfoliating |

I haven't noticed any staining or my face changing color. I have however noticed that when I used a rather orange by then C serum (I think it was Cellex-C) it did stain my white shirt when I used it on my neck. Now I only use serums while they're pretty much still light yellow to avoid that. |

That used to happen to me too! Now I wash my hands right after applying the VC and no more carrot palms!
